Through in-depth discovery workshops, we assess your current processes—from **order entry** to **dispatch**, **billing**, and configuration. We’ll spot gaps and suggest **optimized** workflows to boost your operational productivity once you’re live.

### **Step 3. System Design**

Back at Qargo, our team configures your system based on agreed requirements. We set up user accounts, permissions, and integrations, and import your master data into a secure environment ready for testing.

In parallel, your dedicated integrations manager works with your IT teams to configure any external systems (**telematics**, accounting, CSV, EDI, API), ensuring everything is ready to be validated together during the testing phase.

### **Step 4. Initial Training Sessions: Super Users**

We train your project team using a “train-the-trainer” approach. With detailed guides and walkthroughs, your team gets comfortable with every part of the workflow, from the first **load** to the final invoice.

### **Step 5. Sandbox Environment Testing**

We deploy a sandbox environment configured to test your real workflows. During structured User Acceptance Testing (UAT), your team validates workflows and outputs, supported by your onboarding manager and our in-house support superstars (with <10 minute response times).
